Roy Hill
“Roy is the General Manager of Seabolt Brokers / Harry Norman Realtors and former President/Managing Broker of The Coastal Real Estate Group (CRG). In February 2008 Seabolt and CRG merged to form one of the largest real estate companies between Savannah and Jacksonville.
Roy has over 30 years experience in real estate marketing and banking and was the Southeastern Real Estate Auction Coordinator for the Resolution Trust Corporation, overseeing hundreds of real estate auctions that resulted in the sale of thousands of properties. From 1990 – 2002 Roy lived in Atlanta and was a Managing Broker and Regional Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker The Condo Store.
Roy grew up in Savannah and has owned and constructed several homes in the Historic District. His expertise in Historic District properties is extensive and very beneficial to his clients. In addition, Roy has marketed and sold all types of properties in the Coastal Georgia area and has been involved with the marketing of dozens of condominium and single family developments in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida.

John Giles
John Giles is an Associate Broker with Seabolt Brokers/Harry Norman Realtors. He was formally with The Coastal Real Estate Group until that company merged with Seabolt Brokers in early 2008.
John is well known for his client service and expertise. He believes that a clients needs should always come first. John knows that communication with both sellers and buyers are critical to any successful transaction.
Prior to moving to Savannah several years ago John was an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker The Condo Store in Atlanta, Ga. He quickly became one of their top sales agents and has continued that tradition in Savannah.
John specializes in properties located in Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, Bryan and McIntosh counties, including Historic District properties, single-family homes, condominiums, relocation assistance and all types of coastal real estate.
